PIAZZA DORO Espresso premium coffee blends are consistently exceptional, each with a distinctive espresso character. From delicate yet complex, to rich full-bodied dark roast, these carefully blended and slowly roasted coffees have been especially developed to offer regional taste nuances.

While beans are sourced from around the world, all PIAZZA DORO coffees are roasted in Kingsgrove NSW, Australia. Combining tradition and technology, great care is taken to achieve excellence in each key parameter of roasting.

After roasting,PIAZZA DORO beans are immediately packed in barrier packaging with a one way valve, perfectly preserving freshness, flavour and aroma.Before sealing, the 1kg bags are flushed with inert Nitrogen gas to further protect the coffees from the ageing impact of oxygen.

Roast colours forPIAZZA DORO espresso coffees range from a medium-dark roast to dark in order to maximise flavour without unpleasant bitterness or acidity. Dark roasted coffees have a rich, caramelised flavour which is well suited to milk based espresso drinks

UTZ

AMABILE

An exclusive blend using a post-roasting blending process which ensures each bean is roasted to perfection. A combination of high quality Arabicas and a touch of quality Robustas that deliver a smooth, balanced, yet full-bodied coffee.

BARISTA

A high roasted blend of 100% quality Arabica beans from South America. A mellow rounded coffee with a distinct aroma, smooth body and a creamy taste.

SUPA CREMA

A combination of dark roasted Central and South American Arabicas, blended with high quality Asian Robustas. Supa Crema provides a full-bodied, round tasting coffee with a hint of earthy, chocolaty tones.

DOLCE VITA

A combination of high altitude Arabica and Robusta coffees, creating a full-bodied European style flavour with a strength that provides an intense espresso with a hint of sweetness.

MILANO

A medium dark roast of high grown Arabicas from Columbia and Guatamala combined with soft Brazilian Arabicas and high quality Robustas delivering a smooth tasting aromatic espresso.

CAPPUCCINO

A blend of African, Central and South American Arabica and Robusta coffees, which is rich in aroma, has a fruity flavour, light acidity and a good body.

ROMA

Using Arabica and Robusta coffees from South America and Asia, PIAZZA DORO Roma is a dark roasted traditional robust style Italian coffee, which is low in acidity.

CERTIFIED RESPONSIBLE COFFEE BLENDS

COLOMBIAN

A single origin coffee from 100% handpicked, high-mountain grown Colombian Arabicas. This UTZ CERTIFIED coffee delivers an intensely rich and aromatic taste, with subtle honey sweetness.

VENETO

A medium dark roast of UTZ CERTIFIED Arabica and Robusta coffees. Full of taste and character, delivering a good strength of coffee that's soft and harmonious, with excellent body and a creamy texture.

DECAFFEINATED

Made from 100% decaffeinated Arabica beans selected from South America. A superb coffee that retains excellent body and offers a smooth and aromatic flavour.

PIAZZA DORO SUSTAINABLE BLEND

The new Sustainable Original is a premium coffee blend that as well as taste delivers the ability to trace its path from the farm to cup, that the company says ensures responsibly grown beans are used in the range.

Only farmers who meet the environmental, social and economic criteria of the internationally accepted UTZ Certified Code of Conduct for responsible coffee growing and sourcing, supply the beans for the Sustainable Original blend. The process is fully transparent, with UTZ Certified offering customers a dedicated website to trace any packet of the PIAZZA DORO coffee back to the farms.

The Piazza D’Oro Sustainable Original blend is made from high quality Central and South American Arabicas, with a touch of the finest quality African Robustas. The blend is slowly roasted to develop a complex yet delicate cup with light fruit acid, broad through the mid palate with a nutty, buttery finish.

TWO SEASONS COFFEE

The Concept

Coffee is a natural product which is grown in over 70 countries around the world; therefore each coffee plantation has different environmental conditions which will often vary in the same plantation throughout the year. It was this concept which sprouted the idea for the newest single origin coffee line from Piazza Doro.

The Process

Coffee Plantations are visited and inspected before harvest where farmers are consulted, rainfall is analyzed, coffee cherry colours are checked and tasted as they develop to ensure that the highest quality coffee plantation is chosen. Once the plantation is selected, the coffee beans are harvested and processed and delivered before the search begins again for the next ‘two seasons’ coffee.

For the Consumer

Two Seasons’ unique concept provides the consumer with at least two varieties of coffee each year. It is the diversity and constant transformation of single product which resonates with consumers making the ‘two seasons’ line the perfect product for coffee lovers who enjoy new taste experiences.
